They have different sizes. Mediums are around $6 a pound but they are larger than the ones in the store. The jumbos are $9 pound
What is the price on shrimp
It can vary by season fresh or frozen, and size. Call them for the most current info. They are easily the best quality and tasting I've found in the area. Most helpful service also.

Cooking yourself and want fresh?? You'll never taste anything fresher than what you get at Independent. This morning's swimmers are tonight's dinner! And at a price that is likely better than you've ever seen. Don't forget to take a look in the freezer while you're there; the fresh section is unbeatable but the frozen holds its own to boot. This place is honestly the closest thing you'll get to being on the shrimp boat yourself.

Love stopping here to and from Georgetown, from Myrtle Beach. Usually get a couple pounds of jumbo shrimp, Very Fresh, then they throw a few extra shrimp in for good measures. Great place, highly recommend.

Nothing fancy, just bare bones seafood. BUT the prices are very low and they have some of the best shrimp and crab I've ever had! A new favorite spot of our family.

We drive from Conway and Myrtle Beach to get the best oysters and fresh shrimp from this place. Got stuck behind the Christmas parade this trip but thanks to a willing staff, and a courteous police officer, we were able to run 8 bushels through the parade!
